The 9th China International Copyright Expo was held from November 23 to 25, 2023 at the Western International Expo City in Chengdu, Sichuan Province.

The Shanghai exhibition area has a total exhibition area of 350 square meters, with the theme of "Copyright New Energy Shaping New Life". This time, more than ten national and municipal copyright demonstration units (parks), including the Shanghai Hanfu Copyright Center, Shanghai Mihayou Network Technology Co., Ltd., and the National Copyright Trade Base (Shanghai), were organized to participate in the exhibition. At the expo, the National Copyright Trade Base (Shanghai) made its debut in the Shanghai exhibition area. The National Copyright Trade Base (Shanghai) was established in 2014 with the authorization of the National Copyright Administration. Leveraging the advantages of institutional innovation and policy openness in the Shanghai Free Trade Zone, it actively explores innovative copyright trade methods and service measures that are in line with the international market, and has become the first national level copyright trade base in the Yangtze River Delta region.
