The leadership of the E-commerce Department of the Ministry of Commerce, the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, Pudong New Area, and the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Management Committee jointly pushed for the launch of the Central Functional Zone of the "Silk Road E-commerce" Cooperation Pilot Zone in Pudong New Area.

The activity released the Action Plan for Promoting the Construction of the Pilot Zone for Silk Road E-commerce Cooperation in Pudong New Area; The establishment ceremony of the Overseas Warehouse Service Alliance and Cooperative Training Center, as well as the awarding ceremony of the Financial Comprehensive Service Station were held; Pudong New Area signed cooperation agreements with key partners and China International E-commerce Center; The official launch of the "Silk Road E-commerce" cooperation pilot zone portal website; The opening ceremony of the "Silk Road E-commerce" cooperation pilot zone in Pudong New Area will be held.

                              

Among them, the National Foreign Culture and Trade Base (Shanghai) was awarded as one of the first member units of the "Silk Road E-commerce" Cooperation Training Center. In the future, the Shanghai Base will actively participate in the "Silk Road E-commerce" cooperation pilot area activities, expand the "the Belt and Road" cultural and trade promotion activities, and better serve the high-quality development of the "the Belt and Road".
